Multivitamins are a combination of many different vitamins that can be found in food & other natural sources. Unfortunately, we as humans, don't always tend to consume what is healthy for us. Therefore we could be lacking important vitamins that our bodies need to keep us strong and healthy. Multivitamins are also used to treat vitamin deficiencies (lack of vitamins) caused by illness, pregnancy, poor nutrition, digestive disorders, and many other conditions.
Coreplex touts they have 36 VITAMINS, MINERALS AND NUTRIENTS FOR BETTER NUTRITION, where Centrum has over 27 key nutrients important to help your body fill in nutritional gaps. After comparing the labels on the back of both products, I have found that Coreplex has at least double to triple the amount Of Vitamins A,B,C,D,E as in Centrum! Also, most other ingredients of Advocare Coreplex have around 25% more per serving then the competitor. As for the basic information, you take 1 Centrum a day and you take 3 Coreplex. Centrum comes in a bottle of 200 for around $13.00.
Coreplex has 180 tablets that you can order for 24.90-41.50, depending on if you are buying from a distributor or if you are a distributor or an advisor for Advocare.. So yes, by far Centrum is cheaper, but what about the quality? I have found a chart on Labdoor.com that ranks the top seventy five multi viatmins. Coreplex was in the top 30 with an (A-) rating and Centrum pulled up the rear by placing 71st with a( D-) rating.
It all boils down to you, and your beliefs in the products you use. Some people may buy what is cheapest, and others may research and find something a little better quality. My advice is, to just look at product ingrediants before you decide on a product. Know what exactly you are taking, because
your wellness counts!
